First time visitor...I've got you on my favorites now. Hubby, Dave & I are planning on opening a B&B near the Great Thicket...look for us in 2002! I was just scoping out the things to do...and WOW...SE TX is a great place...Calgon...take me away from the big city...Houston...I'm ready :O) Come visit us...we'll be visiting you!

I found some info on George jones by some one who knew him. I also know him as we grew up there. His aunt married my uncle. We were very close to the Jones family while we were in Honey Island where I was born in Jan 1934.

Last week I landed at Hardin County airport. I would like to say what a great reception I received. I spent the day taking a canoe ride in the Village Creek. Everyone was so helpful and freindly. I'd recommend this as a great place to visit.
