Best Dinner Rolls Ever

These rolls have a delightful, slightly sweet taste and good texture.

1 cup warm water
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

2-3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Pkg. yeast
Flour to thicken - about 5 cups
(use own judgement)

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

Put 1/2 cup water in large bowl and add milk, salt and sugar. Add flour and mix well.

Add yeast and mix.

Knead in 1/2 cup flour until elastic.

Place in bowl and let rise to double the size. Punch dough down.

Break dough into rolls; place in a pan and let rise again.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking until done.
