No-Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie

This is a delicious recipe that's more like a pumpkin cheesecake.

1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 T. (1/2 stk.) butter, softened
1 T. vanilla

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 cup heavy cream, optional

Beat together: Sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer 1-2 minutes until fluffy.

Add pumpkin and mix until blended. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 6 hours or overnight.

Whip the cream and top pie with it.
